Being disliked
If only we all had the courage or rather confidence to be okay whether people like us or not. So much time and effort is spent on being liked and this people-pleasing habit does not do us good in the long term. Whatever we do, we are going to make some people upset. Some people will always expect more from us. "If only we could do this"
"If only you were this"
Never-ending and it takes a toll on mental health. I would rather focus on what I think is right and work on it. It can be so liberating to think that I dont have to worry about what others think of me.
Of course it requires persistence work on ourselves and is a lifelong journey. We must have that courage and faith in ourselves.
